I mean this honestly makes sense. A football player who’s made millions and millions for years should have NO trouble finding a donor, you'd think that someone with that much money would’ve affected at least one person’s child/wife/etc. enough that they’d feel indebted and give their kidney to save him, no?

I know a ton of people who would get on the operating table in a second for a guy like Tyrann Mathieu

Blood type seems like a necessary detail.

Sean Elliot got a kidney from his brother, then went on to knock down clutch threes in the NBA Finals with one kidney that wasn’t even his own.

How humbled would he be if he was healthy? Probably not that humble based upon his past actions.

Organ transplants don't work that way.

I think that’s the point. Things like this happen to you and you’re humbled. Asking for help on twitter is a sign that it’s at least already in progress.

yep. You can't legally buy a donor organ. Now if he was willing to crack his wallet Columbian man is there to help him out.

You can in China. They'd literally kill someone to harvest their organs. Turrible

Lots of good points itt, especially the ones saying a man deserves death for not building a youth center or because he has been thought of as an a-hole in the past.

At least BurgerFi brought joy to many. Fare thee well, #VFL.

Yep. Maybe this guy will give him one!

Head Stomp

That being said, I hope things go well for him.

If being a bad person gave you kidney disease, then a lot of people I know would have been on dialysis for the past few decades. That's just not how things work. Some good people die too early, some awful people have long, prosperous, healthy lives.

Regardless of whatever he did or didn't do, I'm not going to wish death on anybody. I hope someone comes through for him.

So word out of Hartsville tonight is that even his family back there is balking at helping him .... because he never helped a single one of them when they asked for help.

People are saying he is a drunken fat slob who was diagnosed with diabetes three years ago, has a major eating and drinking problem, and has refused to take his medicine or insulin and that's what has destroyed his kidneys.

Listen, I am not wishing a painful death on this assclown. I just find it rich that he reaches out with a statement like that, using his celebrity, when he has absolutely shite on so many people in his life.

He is and always has been a pathological egocentric.

Let's see if Phil Fulmer rushes to his aid. That should be interesting to see. And it is coming, you can bet on that.

Please keep us posted regarding the anecdotes and musings of the fine christian people of Shartsville, SC. IIRC Jesus often said "if that queer didn't help you, then frick them" but I could be misquoting.

One thing I DO know is that, if I ever need an organ transplant, I am calling my old high school ball coach to see what he can do.

Feels like yesterday he was dominating in the NFL. Man that sucks.

Feels like yesterday I saw him in child support court (or his attorney rather) where he had liquidated his kids’ $500k 529 account and Brentwood Academy was letting them go to school for free because their father had stolen all their tuition money and spent it.

Felt bad for his ex-wife and kids. Oh, and don’t want to leave out he hadn’t paid child support in 2 years.

Scrooster is right. This bag of shite needs the contents of somebodies kidneys on his grave.

That's the spirit! What are your thoughts on a public execution to appease the people?

Yeah....I lost one of my kidneys to cancer 16 months ago. It happens. Thank God the other one is healthy.
