Look I’m an older guy and it’s been a while since I was 18-21 but did you really never sleep with a girl who was drunk. Not passed out but drunk? If she was passed out then he raped her. If she was drunk and did something stupid then he doesn’t deserve jail time for that.

Why not just the legal beagles process this and dish out the deserved punishment from there.
