Oh, is that it? Please explain why UCF isn't in the playoff then, Mr. Tesla.
They are 13-0 and have three wins over ranked teams.
13-0 is better than 11-1, right?

Auburn is currently ranked #7 in the land.
I see no reason why they shouldn't be able to claim a national title this year.

UCF has the 66th best schedule in the country. Bama the 10th

because 3 losses means we do not deserve to be there. if we deserved to be there, we would not have shite the bed in the champ game.

If FSU was any good this year, this would not be an issue. But Alabama has one good (not great) win this year. I understand the argument that a team that doesn't win its division or conference should get consideration, but they had better have a damn impressive resume to overcome that obstacle. Alabama simply did not have that this year. And no one in consideration for the CFP played more than ONE game against one of the four playoff teams, much less FOUR. And again, Auburn got that third loss BECAUSE they beat Alabama. What I KNOW after this year is that Auburn is capable of beating any team in the CFP. For every other team in consideration, all I can say is that I THINK they can beat them.
I love how everyone assumes this is some kind of melt about Alabama, just because it's an argument that goes against the prevailing assumptions. I don't give a shite because I think Clemson will beat the crap out of Bama anyway, and if they don't, bully for the Tide.

So, UCF has two more wins than Alabama and a conference championship. Try again.

FSU was good on paper when Bama played them.
How are they supposed to know this would be the year Jimbo would implode?

They can't. It doesn't make Alabama's win over FSU more impressive because they sucked when nobody thought they would suck. It's simply not a win they can hang their hat on. And also remember, until Francois got hurt, that game was being played pretty evenly.
All of these Alabama fans make me laugh: They keep talking about how great their body of work is, but keep talking about how LSU sucks because they lost to Troy, yet their best win without debate is LSU. They are literally just talking out of their asses.

Yes, I have an agenda against Alabama. I figure if keep posting on the Rant, that I will bring about the downfall of Alabama football.
Alabama is just the team this year that highlights the absurdity of thinking that a four team playoff is any better than the BCS was. It ain't. It could have been Ohio State last year. It's nothing personal. It's strictly business.

It is about time we called it what it is -- not a playoff, but an invitational. If college football fans are ok with this, then go with it. I would rather have a playoff that you play your way into.
BTW -- Auburn didn't win, so they shouldn't have been in it
