Zeke Pike, but he dropped in ranking pretty hard before hitting Auburn I believe. However, he was highly touted going into that summer.

I was going to throw some names out there from LSU's recruiting blunders (i.e. Perrilloux and Shepard) but it looks like my fellow SEC brethren have it covered.

Don't count your eggs before they hatch chief. You act like JFF was a 5* recruit himself

What was that kid's name that we nicknamed "Twitter Cam"? Wasn't he a 4 or 5*? Where did he end up going?
Good ol' Zeke Pike. I think he's backup TE at Louisville now...turns out we probably could have used him

Thank you but RMT answered first and with a picture and he is a complete badass.

I knew it was something unique.

Odd that he's now a TE isn't it?

JFF only won the Hesiman for beating Bama!

Yeah, shattering the SEC offensive production record and breaking Archie's single game production record TWICE in a period of 3 weeks had nothing to do with it.

That having been said, I'm glad that we got Allen, but there have been plenty of 5-star busts (Hey, Auburn). I trust Sumlin to develop the defensive talent that he's brought in. Everyone who thought that we'd join MSU, KY, and Vandy at the bottom of the conference in perpetuity will be heartbroken. As long as we have a good coach, which we can afford, we'll be a contender every year and will end up in ATL on occasion.

Outdoor Track and Field is where it's at. When exercising, you have to get away from creature comforts like air conditioning every once in awhile.

As for Indoor Track and Field...

People like DuckDoc crack me up, what are you doing on an SEC message board? Do you see any of us on Pac-12 message boards? No, because nobody cares about your hippy west coast powder puff version of football. Go join your brahs on the PAC-12 board, and enjoy choking to Stanford or UCLA like everyone knows you will

No one is saying JFF is not good. But the Bama game cemented his candidacy.

You seem to forget about the three interceptions to LSU and the fact that Arkansas and auburn were garbage last year. Ole miss had a new coach. You didn't play anyone outside of the conference. Season was not all that tough. (Notice I have you a pass on te Florida game because of that hurricane/first game with JFF)

Bama made your season and JFF.

The point of this thread is clear-A&M is going to remain a power long after Manziel.
