Look, Texas baseball at Disch-Falk has been a blue hair convention for decades. Nice, calm, old-fashioned baseball fans. Now they’re dying off.
Second thing - Austin has gotten mega bigger and is now crawling with alumni from everywhere. And they all go to the baseball game when they’re shite school roles into Austin.
So why Schloss came here I have no idea. Kids blowing bubbles and chanting BALL FIVE.. while watching a game on real grass blows the shite out of the Texas gig. We are a truckload of tradition, but we need a baseball makeover.
