quote:Yes, and again, Bama has won in the recruiting rankings. They should be getting much more drafted and starting in the NFL than LSU has.
LSU and Alabama both had 9 picks last year
LSU had 9 this year; Bama had 8

Alabama is the 1st school to have multiple 1st-round picks in 5 straight drafts.
Quality over quantity.

Bamafan never ceases to amaze.
Butt hurt over something so meaningless as 1 more draft pick. Jesus.

Are winless-in-the-SEC arky fans and never-won-the-west lol miss fans really saying LSU "didn't win shite"? Really?

Until LSU fans realize this is both a good thing AND a bad thing they should just not post a topic

I'll be up all night trying to figure out how LSU being a pipeline to the NFL is a bad thing.

Maybe the fact that our LSU teams underperform with the talent on the field
With that much talent you should NEVER lose games to the likes of ole miss

Good job but now I have to go revise my post in the Miles' thread. Kidding. Congrats, that is strong.

Crazy concept but try to hear me out here.
Maybe some people don't spend all day on a message board online, so when they see some poster who they're not familiar with, with a generic name, and Ole miss fan logo, they assume he's an Ole Miss fan?

LSU takes lower ranked recruiting classes and turns out as many or more pros than everyone each year. That's a great thing. I could care less what others do. Our staff is solid as anyone's and our HC is a quality person. Winning goes in cycles and bad breaks happen to every team. A team like auburn will pro ably pay the piper this year after having everything swing their way last year. As ling as you recruit well and have a great staff, the breaks and wins will eventually line up and put you in position to win a championship.
Cheers to all who got drafted.
Watch out for LSU if somehow this year they put the new faces together. If our new qb learns and has the fewest ints, LSU wins the West, book it. I think our best might be next year with a veteran qb and rb and DTU and DBU being more seasoned. Our future is as bright as ever!

No, because lol miss is a sorry program, but shite happens. Still can't see it as a bad thing that LSU continues to churn-out NFL talent. It's great for recruiting and the national brand for our team. And when you consider that LSU's recruiting budget is, what, half of bama's, it's even more impressive.
