That Texas pipe to their program floating talent is all but dried up on them since the move to the B1G. It sounded like a great decision at the time but the move to the B1G probably doomed their program to mediocrity.

The lack of understanding of the history of college football in here is simply astounding. Make whatever case you want, but at least do it on a foundation of historical accuracy.

Yes it is. They know what the history is but are not going to admit to it since it doesn't make them feel good about themselves. So they try to twist and turn to try and boost their own ego.

Exactly. Football has evolved from 20 years ago. What Nebraska had was great, 20 years ago. Nebraska sucks now and can't deal. Talk to those Texas guys on shaggy bevo. They were great 10 years ago. You will get sympathy there. Whining about Mizzou, Georgia, or any other SEC team won't change the fact your team sucks now.
