Wait wait...let me get this in your own words:
Is Nebraska a blue-blood football program?

This guy is literally too stupid to shame or he really isnt a nubraska fan.

Of course you idiot. You not know what blueblood is? You seriously this stupid?
Missouri hasn't even given birth yet to the whole concept of winning national titles.

Hey knucklehead, Nebraska was a blue blood at one time, but not now. Only a delusional fool would think otherwise.

Thus, UGA titles are garbage too.
He literally admitted that in one of his first posts you stupid frick. Fact is, present day UGA is heads and shoulders better than the Nubs.

Neither are the Nubs, but UGA is sure as hell closer than Nebraska is of being one.
All time history Nebraska is much more a blue blood program than UGA. Those days are long gone though. College football has changed. Smaller market schools historically (TCU, Baylor, etc.) are capable of putting together runs of a few years. That really hurts schools in the now third tier like Nebraska. If you aren't currently a highly rated program you might never become one again outside of a fluke year.

I want you to state in words that Nebraska is a blue blood program. Do it.

UGA is certainly capable of winning a natty. Maybe even this year.
To try to compare Nebraska's current situation to UGA shows how deep the delusions of greatness run in Lincoln.

Hey idiot, blueblood never goes away if metrics are still there. Nebraska is still a blueblood.
No matter how many of you dumb Missouri fans get to the point of being angry where your blood boils about Nebraska being a blueblood, Nebraska is still a blueblood.
You should look up the schools with the most wins over the last 40 years. You know, the last 40 years covers a time where we haven't gotten a conference title.

Hey now, don't say that. Missouri fans don't want people saying that.
UGA is a fine football program. They just aren't elite historically, but any year they get the right combination of talent and coaching they can win a natty.
That isn't likely to happen with Coach Richt though.

Ok, Princeton Yale and Harvard are all better programs than Nebraska then

Nebraska is to blue blood as a canon is to a nuclear warhead
Posted on 9/8/15 at 9:23 pm to KCM0Tiger
Number four all time in wins, five national championships, three Heisman winners, loads of conference championships, All-Americans, and NFL talent. Seems pretty blue to me.

Of course. Missouri fans are just being dumb.

Wonder if Mizzou could schedule some Ivy League teams. Bolster that strength of schedule. AP would go nuts if we beat a team who had a dozen nattys during the silent film era right?
Posted on 9/8/15 at 9:25 pm to nebraskafaninwi
UGA is not an elite program historically you are correct. They are probably 10th, which is not elite. In modern day college football though if you consider the teams that any year could potentially win a national championship UGA is among them, and I know this is shocking to you, but based on Mizzous show of strength the two previous years, so are they. Nebraska is not, and will not be for a long, long, time.

I agree but...

Exactly, and the bug eater refuses to see this. Georgia has all the advantages over the Nubs to become a blue blood with the inherent advantages of all the instate talent within it's borders.
The only reason the Nubs have anything over Georgia is because Georgia's history of under achieving. That can certainly change though. The Nubs will never experience the 90's again. As you implied, the football landscape has changed since then, and not to the benefit on Nebraska.
