Based on how the award has been given in the past, you really don’t think he has a shot? His season has been similar to RG3 and Tebow’s the year they won. Both were on non conference winning teams.
I don't. I'm not saying he doesn't deserve it. I'm not saying he's not arguably the best player in the sport. What I'm saying is not being able to showboat your skills in a CC the weekend before the ballot deadline doesn't bode well. Over the course of my life I've seen a lot of deserving athletes get passed over. I watched Charles Woodson win it over Peyton Manning because Michigan was the media darling and they won the Rose Bowl.

I think Beck got a better shot than Milroe. The point being, playing in championship week affords some recency bias from these dipshit media types. This is not a year like 2019 where Burrow ran away with in November. This is a wide-open year with no runaway frontrunner. So championship week may literally decide this thing.
My prediction is not stunning: the P12CG winner's QB will win the Heisman.

all the Daniels Heisman talk IMHO it’s a pipe dream [/quote]
My goodness you’re a complete fool. He’s now the front runner and has the best numbers by far of any Heisman winner from the past ten years. He’s breaking all time College Football records. I hope to see you back here the night he wins mr pipe dream.

You talk about conference championship weekend being so important and this was your best example? The guy who won didn’t play in one and the guy who didn’t win did play in one. The Heisman was announced way before the Rose Bowl

Listen you idiot. I hope he does. He's arguably the best player in the country. If he wins it I certainly wouldn't argue he didn't deserve it. The fact that you thought you read something you didn't belies the fact you wear your fragile little emotions on your sleeve. Grow up. If you can't act like a man, at least act like a lady.

Daniels is by far the best player in the SEC this year. He’s like a video game cheat code.
I didn’t think he was elite until I watched him absolutely take over the game against Mizzou. Every time he would run I’d wince knowing that he would pick up 10 yards minimum.

This would be false. Penix has looked average at times of late. His only real competition is Nix and Nix will need to make the playoff with a big win and game to beat him out.

With the short news cycle his name will be forgotten completely by Dec 4th, the deadline for Heisman ballots.

On top of that, LSU has a bad habit of checking out early, prior to the A&M games.

Why all the LSU threads? 24/7 rent free. Gumps and Dawgs set to play in a championship game and obsessed with LSU. Weird obsession.

It's a two man race between Nix and Daniels.

How many passing, rushing TDS does he have? JD has both. Does Brock?
