Cox is uber talented but extremely selfish. He always wanted to make the big play but consistently failed play gap assignments, set the edge, etc. As such, he often left his teammates hanging out to dry and they got sick of his shite.
Maybe he's matured, maybe not. However, the more personal he makes this game, the more likely he is to be selfish and miss an assignment. Hopefully we can take advantage of that.
