The sugar bowl didn’t matter to De’Andre baker before the game. He sat it out, just as the best Michigan players did.
The sugar bowl didn’t matter in regards to the division, conference, or national championships before the game either.
And yet Kirby disagrees. Busted.

Keep stretching bud and maybe someone else will bite

Looks like you agree with me according to your own emoticon logic.

Ah yes, the Peach Bowl and Sugar Bowls don't matter of course.
Basically, no. In today's college football world, if you don't make the final-4, the rest of the bowls are just exhibition games.

Two returners are Nick Buchanan at center and Brett Heggie at guard. Buchanan I’m pretty positive was a 3 star Mac guy but he’s played good ball for us at center. Heggie was an Under Armor AA and a 4 star center coming out of high school but has mostly played guard and been a mauler when healthy. Tore his ACL late in his freshman season and then had a hand/arm injury along with a sprained ankle that nagged last season. He played through a lot of it as a reserve guy.
Noah Banks was a 4 star on Rivals and JUCO All American that played guard and tackle this past season
Richard Gouraige was a top 100 overall recruit, Jean Delance was a top 150 overall recruit, TJ Moore was a 4 star recruit. All of those guys have been on campus at least two years going into next season. Michael Tarquin, Will Harrod, and Wardrick Wilson were all 4 star tackles in this class and are all enrolled now. Deyavie Hammond was a 4 star guard in this class. Chris Bleich was also a 4 star but only on espn, I think he was borderline on the composite if my memory serves. He redshirted but played and the coaches are very excited about him.

Take it up with Kirby.

Some serious logical disconnect going on here, but that’s typical korin. Displaying those trophies from very different eras don’t prove the uga and Michigan players were super motivated and focused for their bowl games in 2018.

Again, take it up with Kirby.

The sudden obsession with Florida’s OL by Georgia fans is strange to me. It’s like y’all heard that we lost some starters and assumed there was nobody behind them with a pulse.
Florida fans have stated all offseason that ol play is our biggest concern, but the assertion by Georgia fans like we have nobody on campus that can play OL and we’re going to have the worst unit in the SEC is just absurd.

Kirby is the biggest reason that I believe we are close to catching UG. Still some talent gap but better coaches can make up that gap. When we get close in talent, watch out mutts.

You aren’t coming close to making sense right now. I listed irrefutable facts, so there is nothing for him to disagree with.

Agree which is why I was interested in specifics about it.

We’re also considered the likely landing spot for Parker Braun (albeit not official), and he’d come in and immediately start at one of the guard spots for us. He’s the 2x all ACC player from Tech.
That’s an experienced interior of the OL, and breaking in two young but talented tackles no matter who wins the jobs. So there’s pieces in place that can grow and develop and will be fine next season. I’ve consistently said I think we see gradual improvement and development from the OL next season, similar to what we saw this season. They’ll just be young.

Parker Braun will be interesting wherever he lands. He’s somewhat undersized and is gonna be asked to play a totally different style than he did at GT.

If he can dive at the knees like he did at GT, he's in like flint.

you’re so quick to disregard Florida’s dominating win over Michigan, almost using it in your argument like it was a loss for Florida
Not like a loss, but I am diminishing its meaning towards your future. It’s a reasonable thing to do because yall played a very different Michigan team than was seen most of the season, yet Most just ignore that part. The only problem the bowl win can create for your team is elevating expectations beyond where they should be.
