I doubt it happens, but if it did, what would be the mood in Gainesville if McElwain were to leave? In case you're unaware, there are rumors that McElwain is intrigued by Oregon.

I like McElwain, but I'm not sold on him.
I don't think I'd be as pissed as when Urban quit to be with his family, then turned around and bolted to Ohio State.

Sexton is getting Mac a raise.
I would care because of the turnover in staff if he did leave. UF has a new AD that has never hired any one at UF before. I rather his first coaching search at UF to not be football.

Cann't see him leaving after back to back SEC East championships. But if he would, I am sure he would tell his agent to make sure the next job is not in an area where hurricanes can mess up a home game.

can you blame him? It's akin to the night manager at a Texaco station in Appalachia leaving to take a job as manager of a three star Michelin steakhouse in LA. It's a no brainer.
