This whole thing to me kind of highlights what the issue is going to be with Mullen.
He just doesn't recruit at the level of the schools that Florida wants to beat.
Yeah, yeah, I know every school has guys that don't qualify - but the five stars that are cinches to qualify, the ones that absolutely everyone offers, are going to other schools.
Even if Mullen himself is a better gameday coach and strategist than coaches at other comparable schools (and that is a reach honestly) it still doesn't change the fact that unless a kid has a real bug to go to Florida, odds are he loses a kid if he goes up against another blue blood school with a head guy that is a demon recruiter (and there are a lot of guys like that now).

It’s been that type of offseason for Mullen and Florida. Every time they get a little bit of momentum they find a way to screw it up.

They've definitely lost 4... 2 to qualification, 2 to transfer.
Wilson (OL) was the one with the unconfirmed Visa issues, but including him there are 3 total 2019 signees that have yet to be cleared... I think the other 2 are WR?

If nothing happens to signee limits, probably. The reality though is that a bunch of teams are likely to get in a bad place due to the transfer portal if nothing is done... Either an adjustment so that transfers have a separate count limit, or you gain transfer credits if you have players transfer out... it seems like something likely will have to be done in response, though I suppose we'll have to wait and see.
