When people say that Aggy fans are always trying to predict the future to blind themselves from their past, this is a great example:

2015 : Rank SEC programs on their success over the next ten years

quote:

1. Texas A&M - A dynasty is about to begin. Texas high school athletes are ready to prove they are the best in the country. I know some of you aren't ready to accept it, but you're free to disagree and put someone else as the best program of the next ten years. It won't hurt my feelings.
2. Georgia - Two words. Lane Kiffin. All Georgia needs is a coach with an edge and their athletes will deliver them some long overdue glory. Richt is a baby and will never win the big one.
3. Auburn - Gus is a nerd. He has found his perfect job and the success will be legendary.
4. Florida - Great athletes and success will trend back their way shortly.
5. Alabama - Saban will have a few more years of success before he goes to Austin and then Alabama will fade.
6. LSU - they have great in state talent and once Saban stops cherry picking athletes in five or six years the decline will reverse slightly.
7. Tennessee - I like what Butch is doing but the great ones turn it around quicker. He is starting to recruit at an elite level but it's still disappointing for him not to have a premiere win yet.
8. Mizzou - Pinkel is annoying and can win games.
9. Arkansas - Differentiation will win Bert some games but it's never going to be elite. Just not enough talent.
10. South Carolina - Post Spurrier years are going to be rough. Clemson will really steal a lot of their thunder and playing Texas A&M every year is going to be hard on their program.
11. Kentucky - Hear me out. I have no rhyme or reason for this other than it's 11th. Who cares?
12. Vanderbilt - New coach in a couple years will take them a Stanford/Bielema route
13. State - Second to last ain't last.
14. Ole Miss - They are about to take a decline that makes what is going on in Baton Rouge look tame.

7 years later and Aggy has yet to win the SEC, much less the Western division.

Since this gem of a post - LSU won a national championship, UGA won a national championship without Lane Kiffin and Aggy lost to OPs #13 and #14 school in the same season.

Aggy failing to predict the future...?

Tradition.

First of all, damn son, you've been rustled for seven years now.

Secondly, here are the respective records of each program since the post was made:
Alabama - 92-8 (Saban will go to Austin and Alabama will fade - LOL)
Georgia - 76-18 ("Two words. Lane Kiffin." - LOL)
LSU - 62-26 ("the decline will reverse slightly" - CORRECT)
Florida - 58-31 ("success will trend back their way shortly" - CORRECT)
Texas A&M - 57-30 ("A dynasty is about to begin." - LOL)
Auburn - 54-35 ("the success will be legendary" - LOL)
Kentucky - 52-36 ("who cares?" - LOL)
Mississippi State - 49-40 ("Second to last ain't last." - LOL)
Ole Miss - 45-39 ("They are about to take a decline that makes what is going on in Baton Rouge look lame." - Ehh)
Tennessee - 45-40 ("I like what Butch is doing." - LOL)
Mizzou - 41-42 ("Pinkel is annoying and can win games." - LOL)
South Carolina - 38-48 ("Post Spurrier years are going to be rough" - CORRECT)
Arkansas - 35-50 ("Differentiation will win Bert some games." - LOL)
Vanderbilt - 26-57 ("New coach in a couple of years will take them a Stanford/Bielema route." - LOL")

Easy search.

Nice of you to compile that record list as if it makes this prediction piece any more comical.

Aggy and Old Piss fans love to point out specific individual season games to blind themselves from their empty trophy cases.

This clown is actually attempting to defend the dumbass statement from 2015.

Ole Miss fans fighting with Aggy over which program is a bigger historical laughing stock.

My favorite.

Better than Wade and the coach you fired. Am I right?

That's crazy, you have 2019 and are still only 4.5 games better over that span.

Congrats on starting yet another thread about TAMU! Go get yourself a cookie.

No, I'm not. I wanted to provide some objective numbers and subjective commentary for the post linked in OP.

I never said the first damn thing about the predictions. They were clearly wrong, in large part.

Hahahahahahaha you make this way too fricking easy.

Buzz Williams has never beaten Will Wade and Jimbo Fisher lost to Ed Orgeron after he’d already been fired
