Who was the last SEC coach to be fired after only two seasons?

While I agree with you 100% I think you have to look at total picture!

First and foremost, if Morris goes zero - for SEC in two years it will be hard to overcome. But more importantly, what has Morris shown for his two years? He is supposed to be an offensive guru, and his offenses look as bad as his defense.

Now throw this into the mix, Morris is recruiting for his scheme, his scheme as is proven by his record and stats don’t equate to success in the SEC. So if you are Arky boosters and admin do you really want to give Morris another year to recruit players for his failed scheme making it that much more difficult for his successor!

While Moorehead will probably be fired also, or leave for Rutgers, he is leaving Moo St with a healthy roster someone else can coach. Arky is just totally fricked, sorry Arky

It'll be Mason, and I hate to see that. Fiery coach.

I don’t think you are correct, even though I believe Mason will probably be fired, unless he beats UT this year which is possible, but that won’t be until the end of the season.

I think Moorehead or Morris could be let go by Monday this coming week whichever coach loses.

Well we do have a 4* QB redshirting, one of the top TE recruits from last year redshirting, and two freshman all-american caliber WRs starting this year and the 2nd youngest defense in the NCAA. But the OL is a mess. I don't have much faith in Morris to coach them either way.

If Missouri loses to Arkansas then Odom is the first one to be fired!

I think Odom will be fired the minute after the clock hits 0 on the last week of the regular season.

That was well stated. I see zero point in keeping a coach when it is so clearly not working. There are absolutely zero positive trends on the field right now. We are backsliding in all departments, except maybe the kicking game.

He will not be able to right this ship, and he needs to gracefully bow out and go to Rutgers. I’ll wish him luck.
