Ok it looks like about 4 coaches are really on the at least a warm seat if not a hot seat. Looks like Morris, Mason, Luke, Moorehead, with Boom and Odom on warm seats per day.

First to get the axe will be “Morris” I don’t see an SEC win for them unless they beat Mississippi State but since they don’t field a defense so State is going to score.

So I don’t think any coach can survive 2 years ZERO wins in the SEC. Arkansas deserves better! And they will be in the worst shape of all the programs as they will have players and recruits for a failed system.

Yep Arky is truly F*CKED

There was zero turnover last year in the SEC, you can put money on it that won’t be the same this year lol

Ok who ya got gets the Axe first?

No, Chad just gets a demotion when Malzahn moves in. Chad will be freed up to "call the offensive plays" wink wink..

Baby Jesus please let this happen, Amen.

Well since he already lost to Ole Miss on Sept 7 I guess it's all up to State.

It'll be Mason, and I hate to see that. Fiery coach.

Morehead gets the axe immediately after the season as does Mason. The rest buy outs may hurt. Morris may have the "young team" excuse to give him one more year..plus 10 mill is no small buy out.

Moorhead will be the first to go. I’d say there’s a very good chance he comes back from Fayetteville unemployed.

Who was the last SEC coach to be fired after only two seasons? Seems like three is the absolute minimum. I don't see Moorehead or Morris leaving unless they save face and take another job.

I hate to break the hearts of the Pig fans on the rant, but Morris is staying; because it's likely that Fat F*ck Joe is gonna lose to him.

Goiterhead and CM are alot alike regarding some of the main reasons they lose: They're trying to turn the kind of football that State and Arkansas (and many others) win with (i.e., smash mouth, just RTGDFB and focus on having a solid D) into football's version of "advanced organic chemistry."

In the process of doing so- of trying to get all cute and fancy and be smarter than everybody else and not adapt their gameplan to the personnel they have to work with- they destroy the development and, consequently, the confidence of the players: When players have poor development and know it, you get the current state of affairs for the two schools.

Moorhead's team has absolutely quit on him, and just like he quit on his personal health, he has quit on himself...again. Seeing as how AR still shows some fight, I predict that JOMO goes 1st, and losing to CM in a convincing matter will be another nail in his coffin.

Sadly, as a result of the aforementioned convincing win, CM will have another year.

I know...I know: It sucks for the Pig fans, but I for one offer an olive branch as a "thank you" for your sacrifice. Godspeed to you baws!

I think you are correct, the loser of this game is first one to be fired. The bigger question is, could it be after that game the loser gets fired on Monday? Hmmm interesting

It's a new day in CFB, especially with the new rules on the horizon for players getting paid: There's big money in coaching, and when it is as obvious as can be that a coach is just not going to work like it is with JM, you've got the right the ship immediately. The old days of giving a coach 7 to 8 years of getting things on track after crashing the program for 6 of those years won't do. Things go awry quickly nowadays- ESPECIALLY for mid-tier programs like State and Arkansas.

No way in hell does the guy get turned lose before the season is over, but if he stays another year, since it's obvious he is not at the point in his career where he can coach in this conference and will lose next year like he has been since he got here, once the nose of the plain he's piloting in 2020 starts towards the ground in a free fall, he could very likely be let go before the season ends next year.

And that's not a good thing: at that point your head coach and program situation has become a chit show.

He's got to go, and he knows it.

And to any naysayers who want to chit on the "small faction" of fans who want him gone, I'll tell you this: I don't know of one single State fan, from the serious to the casual, nor the young to the old, who has any confidence in the man and who wants him to stay. It's that obvious. A hundred thousand + people aren't wrong, you are: the JOMO experiment has got have its funding pulled. It's over.
