You and 99% of the shite for brains posting in this thread have no idea what they are talking about.
The pecker head was a CRANE OPERATOR.
He doesn't weld.
He doesn't set the steel.
He doesn't chose what he lifts.
He doesn't choose where to place the load.
He doesn't do a damn thing but pick shite up with a CRANE and read a chart that tells him if the load is too heavy and if his boom is too far past vertical.
The only thing he does without being told is pick his nose and scratch his arse.

I blame this on the price of a barrel of oil. If all of the Texas, OK and Louisiana construction workers weren't in the oil patch, we wouldn't have to hire scum from Alabama.
