If those are even vaguely recent pictures there are some awfully good genetics in her family since she has to be pushing 40.
As for how she deals with Bielema I imagine he will be dispatched sometime in the next day or so, or immediately after the Moo State game.

I doubt it, the Good Old Boys, and emphasis on boys, would never allow a female AD. Though, by all accounts, she's done extremely well at all of her jobs.
