Finally got a chance to sit and watch this series. I saw there's a thread on the movie/tv board, but not on this one...

Anyway,
I kinda knew Urban was a tough hardass coach, but I didn't realize the shite he put that team through at the beginning. The interviews were good, the video clips were great. Brandon Spikes was pretty funny talking about the weight lifting and stuff.

I don't feel like they were exaggerating much. That team went through hell I bet.

Really good documentary. I enjoyed it, got me pumped for football. I'm guessing most of you have seen it already.

The Aaron Hernandez documentary is next. I didn't pay much attention to that story while it happened.

I liked the documentary. I think a lot of people were disappointed in it because they didn’t cover all the dirt going on off the field, and focused on the football side of things. They could have an entire separate documentary on the off the field things that happened to players/coaches apart of that team.

It was ok but didn’t cover much of the stuff going on. Basically just talked about how hard they worked which was about like every other team.

Haven't watched it because so many people complained about how it didn't cover the dirt.

I did watch the Johnny Manziel one. That was good stuff.

Watch The Dynasty miniseries on AppleTV. Has a great episode about Hernandez.

The whole thing was a shine job for Meyer after the nightmare Jacksonville incident.

Not very interesting. Didn’t cover anything of real substance.

I don't know why people had the expectation it would be a hit piece. Urban and Tebow wouldn't have agreed to it if was.
