If outback is trashy, then places that are actually trashy like golden corral must not even exist in his world. So with outback being the bottom run on the food chain, I assume when this guy gets hungry and eats out his standard, middle of the road go-to is somewhere that requires reservations and a suit jacket.

Why do you think that? The OP says "participation may vary" so I think it's more than likely that it's only in those 2 cities, or maybe even states.
I doubt if I go to an outback in atlanta and ask for a free bloomin onion because LSU won they'll have any clue what I'm talking about.
