Belgium will not have a man advantage for the game .. we just cannot play Balogun for the game.

What a stupid rule. I hate targeting bc the kid could have to sit for the next game. This FIFA rule is even worse.

If a player isn't allowed to play, it's not full strength, but it won't be 10 vs 11.
