Barkley really is a cool arse guy to party with, very down to earth and funny as hell. Came into a bar in Auburn during football season and bought everyone a shot, not in a pretentious douchey way either.

Don't let andouille from the Food and Drink board hear that. He says that Bham doesn't have a single restaurant that doesn't totally suck. I've never seen someone with a bigger mad on for a city and state than andouille with Bham and Alabama. It seems personal with that guy.

bull freaking shite. It has to be personal. outside of some of the auburn douches, bham is great. most of the friends I am making up here are Tide alums and of course lsu alums. I ate at as many good restaurants since I moved to Bham than I ate at in BR. Bham has some great places and The Tavern at the Summit is one of them. I hit up Flip last week with the gf and was impressed.
