Exactly! Just forbid them from returning that series…it’s a win win situation. If they truly injured it gives the medical staff time to truly evaluate the players.

LSU down 4, final two minutes. Just poke the QB in the eye. Win.

Yep, when I think about how they can make the game better, having coaches spend timeouts in order to keep players on the field is what I think of also.
This is exactly what they do for if a player's helmet comes off during the play. He can either sit out or they can use a timeout (unless it was cause by a penalty I believe).
But yeah, the fake injuries certainly "make the game better" you dunce.

punish anyone who gets injured

whoa
We all have seen videos of defenders looking to the sideline and given the order to fall down. It is so bush league. Guy is up walking, perfectly fine, then a signal from the sideline has them fall like they just got shot. The coach and player should be fined NIL money for that shite.

Your starting QB gets some dirt in his eye on the first play and has to go to the sideline to get it washed out and he is done for the half?

I suppose another alternative is any injury causes that team to take a time out. If no timeouts remain, then that player is ineligible to return that series.

Easy fix - if you stop play because you’re injured, you can’t return to the game for that series or maybe an entire quarter or a half.
Better idea is the injured player has to go to the locker room and be evaluated by an independent medical team. That'll take about 20 minutes.

The person is responsible for their helmet staying on. If it's put on properly, it will not come off.
If someone else rips it off, then they do not have to sit out.
No where near the same thing.
You guys never think about the unintended consequences.

Tell me you've never played a sport in your fricking life.
On top of that, do you even watch sports? People get the breathe and shite knocked out of them all the time and just need a second to walk it off.
But as I said previously, I hope you stupid fricks get your wish. Just so I can laugh at you while your QB sits on the bench for an entire quarter or series causing you to lose a game. All because you were a bitch about some fake injuries and refused to see the consequences of what you wanted beyond that.
Ignorance should hurt.

You might be the worst poster on TD. The schtick is awful.

A rule that only applies to defensive players requiring an injury TO? I am sure that will fly.
Because that is what you are arguing. Since only defensive players do it, then every single defensive injury should be considered as potentially fake and the rule should only apply to them.
So how many defensive players that may have a concussion are going to wave off the trainers because they don't want to be out an entire half? I can see the lawsuits already.
