Did it with a "new QB" in 2009 (JR) and 2011 (SO - first ever to win a BCS Natty) ... I'd think that it'd be a little more difficult to win it with a new starting QB than it would a new starting RB.
I don't think we'll repeat, but I also don't believe it will be because we have a new RB.
