That's not a good look for a staff and rarely ends well in the long run.

May be where some of the chemistry problems are stemming from.

McElwain better nip that crap in the bud or it'll get outta hand quickly.

Edit: were to where

No they don't, not if the staff is on the same page and there are no egos pulling against one another.

It happens, sure, but it is not common in places where the HC is in charge and the only man allowed to chew arse in public.

It happened between John Reeves and John Eason on Brad Scott's staff and it was the beginning of the end for that staff.

It happens between two coaches on the HBC's staff, can't remember ... Deke Adams and Boyton or someone, and it was the signal of the end for SPURrier.

That kinda crap is not tolerated by good management, not in business or in sports ... and it is not a good sign. It usually means someone has gotta go.

Fights between staff members happen ... but not supposed to happen in public.

You realize the context of that was the dude being yelled at was responsible for subbing in a player when Maggitt was being taped up and being held out of the play due to it (he was no coach). THAT was his only responsibility to make sure players were subbed in if another guy was at the trainer's table and couldn't go in. He failed and SC scored a TD because we only had 10 on the field in what should've put the game out of reach. We had less than a 1 percent chance of winning until Dobbs engineered a miraculous comeback in no time flat.

Were these the two that got into a physical fight on national TV?

What do you mean by "public?" On live TV or during ball games? Of course not.

On a practice field? Happens very frequently, and doesn't always mean there's a bigger issue. People are competitive and tempers flare.

Totally an idiot for yelling at a guy whose sole responsibility was to make sure a guy was subbed in due to a player still at the trainer's table. SC immediately scored due to 10 on the field. He deserved the arse chewing and more since it should've cost us the game.

THAT very comeback made Spurrier's arse quit according to Spurrier.
