And yet it was the last time they played there. So it was a stupid arse thing to say.

With as crappy as the LSU defense is turning out to be, I'm not sure I'd be talking shite today. Your metrics aren't very good against the better teams out there

The Eye Test? The #1 team in the country gives up 420 yards rushing to a below average team
Most of that in the second half after being up 31-7.
So, give Alabama a pass in the second half but slam LSU? Sounds about right.
The Alabama love from other fanbases here is pretty embarrassing. But, go on with it.
I think the OP is dumb, by the way. Who cares what Alabama did in the 2nd half? They lost their QB and were probably shell shocked.

Take it easy the pup. LSU and Bama have kept UGA have been keeping UGA in its 2nd tier place for the past 20 years.

Well UGA hasn't beat LSU or Bama recently.
Isn't Kirby winless against Saban and Orgeron?

I heard UGA hasn’t won a natty since 1980, can anyone here confirm?

I'd have to check the history books. I wasn't alive 40 years ago.

Are we really judging a 2nd half performance up 35-7?
Well yea kinda
If we are going on the rest of the season being a beauty contest and style points? Are we going on Bama trying to get Mac Jones live reps and not just hand offs?
Jones isn’t getting Bama anywhere near the playoff, let alone a victory in Auburn.

I like how you think what happened 40 years ago, or even last year has anything to do with this year. LSU and Georgia are 5 and 5 against each in the last 10 meetings. I don’t think that has a damn thing to do with this year.

If you guys could do it, there’s no doubt in my mind it’s not that hard. You guys had 250 yards of offense yesterday. Pathetic.

we haven't looked particularly well in the 2nd half of the last two games ourselves.

Doesn't matter what he did at State. We get in or be left out on how well we play vs Auburn. We have the best WR core in CFB history (no team has had 3 WRs taken in 1st round of the draft where they are projected to go). Mac is 70% so far so anything is possible.

I haven’t seen Mac play — what’s your assessment of him? Without knowing much about him, I picture him much like our backup Miles Brennan — strong arm, not the most mobile...
