Generally, when a player uses a helmet to try and bash in a player's helmet-less head, its going to be frowned upon.

Obviously both parties were wrong in this situation but Garrett crossed a line much further than anything anyone else did.
Yes it is clear that he was reacting to Rudolph but 99.99999% of "fights" in any sport are resolved without a massive blow to the head with hard object.
People are justifiably upset with Garrett because he escalated the situation far past what any self respecting man would do in the same situation.

I'm arguing being mad over a fight in response to trash talk is just dumb.
Helmet hit is a bit mich, should have punched him after ripping his helmet off imo, but people are acting like Rudolph did nothing to instigate it and Garrett is trash for responding instead of just taking it
