I'm surprised the overwhelming majority of writers and sports pundits picked Alabama to win this game. I think it will have an effect on the games outcome. LSU's players and coaches have all seen the less than positive assessments of their chances. They're ranked #1 but they're 5 point underdogs and most of the sports world is predicting they lose to Alabama. That must be disconcerting to see all of that - and to some degree it probably will cause their confidence to waiver, and, maybe - do some second guessing. I don't see any evidence at all from the press or Alabamas team or coaches they're going to be second guessing themselves tomorrow night.

I disagree. Even the people picking Alabama say nothing but good things about LSU. That it's less about exploiting a weakness and more about who's strength is stronger.

No way they second guess. Maybe they just go out to convince all doubters. Beat em into submission.

All of this so called expert "think" deal is irrelevant.
I personally enjoy the simulation and the effort most have made to "think" Alabama is going to win this game.
I think it's amusing because Clearly LSU has beaten better opponents than Alabama has. Kent State is not Oregon - and LSU is ranked number 1 because of it's more impressive wins than Bama.
I do find it interesting that these so called experts didn't recall the complete dismantling of Auburn in it's equation.

What is remarkable is that virtually every pick is within one score, which really means this is a toss-up.
