Expansion Moves we can all get behind

I feel like some of the Power leagues need to make some trades... would make way more sense for all involved.
Can we swap these teams, please:
1. West Virginia to the ACC and SMU to the Big 12.
This seems like an easy swap that would make way more sense than the current setup.
2. Maryland to the ACC and Syracuse to the Big 10.
Maryland makes way more sense in the ACC. I think Syracuse would make more cultural sense to be in the Big 10 with the city of Syracuse being a rust belt type of town. It's not far from Penn State either.
3. Notre Dame to the Big 10 and Rutgers to Independence
Rutgers has no business being in a Power league... let alone the Big 10.
... adding one more I thought of:
4. UCF to the ACC and Louisville to the Big 12.
Louisville doesn't really fit anywhere but it's certainly not "coastal".

Cal and Stanford are in the ACC, and your concern is with Louisville not being close enough to the Atlantic Coast?

These are very logical fits / moves. Therefore will prob never happen in the current state of college football.

LSU should go to the FCS with the budget issues

All the Cal, Washington, Oregon and Arizona schools should form a conference. Call it the Pacific Rim or something.

You are moving WVU from the Big 12, and then add Louisville?
That makes no sense.
UCF for SMU makes sense.. if UCF took the same deal as SMU, which most schools wouldn’t.
Syracuse to the B1G won’t happen. They aren’t AAU anymore.
Big 12 - PAC
BYU
Utah
Colorado
Arizona
Arizona State
+ Cal
+ Stanford
+ Oregon State
+ Washington State
Big 12 - SWC
Texas Tech
Houston
+ SMU
TCU
Baylor
Ok State
Kansas
Kansas State
Iowa State
ACC - Big East
Miami
VT
+ WVU
Pitt
Louisville
+ Cincinnati
Syracuse
Boston College
+ Rutgers
ACC Coastal
FSU
UVA
Clemson
GT
NC
Duke
NC State
Wake
+ Maryland
Both at 18 teams with some history.
SEC as is 16
B1G = 16
less Rutgers
less Maryland
ND isn’t joining unless they are required.

Top 60ish teams seperate and only play each other. Leave the other sports in regional conferences. Let everyone get 5 permanent rivals, 5 choice opponents and two tune up games against non league members.
