Excuses for Georgia

1- Swift hasn't fumbled all year, fumbled twice. Not normal.
2- Our best receiver Holloman dropped four passes. Not normal.
3- Our punter has been money all year. He kneeled one and shanked the next. That basically counts as two turnovers. Not normal.
4- Our all-world CB D. Baker sat out the game, the next man up was unprepared true freshman Tyson Cambell who had already lost his job earlier in the year.
5- Our best LB D. Walker couldn't play due to groin injury.
And we only lost by 1 score.
We're better than Texas.
That's all I have to say.

13 games in and the 5-star CB is unprepared to play a game against a Top 15 team? That sounds like a coaching problem.

Although it was a one score game it really wasn’t all that close. A team with that much talent should have done better. This was a coaching disaster

If you would have said the refs, I'd have given it to you. But now it just sounds like a bunch of excuses.

LSU was down 9 defensive starters and using scout team players as DBs and still managed to beat the defending National Champs.

Hahaha yes - he's an LSU guy who has been here a few years longer than me I think.
I've used SummerOfGeorge since the old rivals boards days back in the early 2000s.

Yeah, I saw that he had LSU as his favorite team and Costanza as his avi, and it really threw me for a loop.
It's weird because I've never heard that phrase before, yet there are 2 posters here with that name.
