and no one is enjoying your watered down everyone wins a trophy sport now. All you won is the who can spend the most money on players trophy while sucking during the regular season. You will never be able to compare it to actual college football national championships

Oh bullshite. We had ASU, Boise, and SMU in the playoff. And Penn State got to play 2/3 of those teams then got stomped by the first real team they played. This playoff is too big and the conferences too uneven.
Just because the format has some flaws that will be fixed does not mean that the regular season didn't decide who made the playoffs.
If you say the regular season DIDN'T decide who made playoffs, are you really trying to convince us that SMU, ASU and Boise St were just chosen randomly?
