First off, you failed to mention much of his career, most importantly, as offensive assistant for the Saints. Even if he had nothing to do with it, he was definitely under one of the best offensive staffs in the NFL.
Second, the idea really isn't as crazy as you make it seem. First off, LSU hired Joe Brady as the Passing Game Coordinator/Wide Receivers. What exactly would you say a passing coordinator does? We aren't making this stuff up. This is the information the staff has provided us.
There are a total of 10 assistant positions. 4 of those deal with offense: OC, Passing Game Coordinator/Wide Receivers, Offensive Line, and Wide Receivers. So there is at least a possibility that Joe Brady could be the next OC. After all, Steve Ensminger never wanted the job.

I live in Louisiana and as soon as July hits, the consternation with this fanbase begins. By the time late october rolls around, you frickers are beside yourselves with anxiety. There's this strange hope that "anything could happen" mixed with the overwhelming resignation to the maws of pain that await you.
You people absolutely dread the month of November, I bear witness to it every year . It's like your annual football colonoscopy, except with a lead pipe. There ain't no "bliss" in that, even if you're into it.
