Selena Roberts said this on 790 AM The Zone this morning. Are you serious? This woman all but destroyed the reputation of four Duke students by pronouncing them guilty before due process could even start!
I love how she defends an obvious criminal like Mike McNeil while she condemned the Duke Lacrosse players based entirely on the word of a prostitute who needed money to support her baby.

The court of public opinion has pretty much destroyed the real court of due process, and she knows that.
She'll make a lot of money killing people in public opinion, and it's an easy cop out for her to make the real court seem like it's the real thing that determines guilt.

They damn sure have more than their fair share of disgruntled Family members.
It's sad really, that people don't appreciate the free education they received (former players), or the paid education they received (Selena Roberts) at Auburn.
I've heard the saying before, that "Auburn is it's own worst enemy" I honestly believe this now. They do more damage to themselves than their enemies can do to them.

You don't think destroying someone's honor and social stature for most of these people isn't worse than the criminal cases?
Look at Duke Lacrosse, since it was brought up earlier, you don't think those guys are fricked in their area for future earning potential?
They're not in prison, but they're still fricked.
That's just a minor example.

I'm sure every institution has a list of people that hate their alma matre for various reasons. They just don't feel the need to stoop so low as to publically defraud/defame/damage/shite on their school or former coaches.

Develop a world class journalism school, you'll get plenty. Shitty grads that decide to hate Mizzou make it known, and the good students that love Mizzou keep their bias out of the story.
