We're waiting on you Gumps to tell us if he was in Marine uniform that night as if JJ knew the guy was a Marine since you in particular find such an issue with the guy being a "Marine".

Yeah dude, you just casually included it. Why did you call Jefferson by his name? You could have just called him a student or a student athlete? Why did you choose to leave that out?

Considering the shitty situation he was in (rightfully or not), he is pretty lucky that things have worked out the way they have. Maybe JJ should acknowledge that I guess? But remorse, what does the writer expect exactly? Would JJ breaking down and crying and begging for forgiveness make him happy?

No one said he was completely innocent. The charges were reduced because they couldn't find enough evidence. Evidence is what leads to convictions.

What the hell are you talking about? I just called the guy a Marine because it was a way to identify him. Wasn't it widely reported he was a Marine? I never said he was in his dress blues or anything?
Was he a Marine?
