Gamecocks 2011 lineup put six in MLB including a future ALCS MVP and dominated the CWS All-Star team not to mention having members that won the CWS in 2010 and played for it a third year in a row in 2012 .... but doesn’t make the list.

Ummmm, yeah. List is shite.

This is essentially a pick the highest MLB WAR per position for college teams, add it together and rank.

Go Bucs

Crazy how two of the all-time greatest MSU baseball players came from Hoover, Jeff Brantley and Sam Frost

Y'all are welcome

Yeah hard to believe the illustrious pro careers of Jackie Bradley Jr and Justin Smoak didn't get them listed ahead of Dave Winfield and Paul Molitor

...and he made more this year with those stats...than you will in your lifetime...and probably everyone in your families lifetime...so...no worries about JB.

Jackie Bradley Jr. signed a 1 year / $8,550,000 contract with the Boston Red Sox, including $8,550,000 guaranteed, and an annual average salary of $8,550,000. In 2019, Bradley Jr. will earn a base salary of $8,550,000, while carrying a total salary of $8,550,000.

How the frick can you not have Mississippi state Thunder and Lightning. List is complete.shite. Whoever made that list should not be evaluating sports teams when he doesn’t know shite about

LSU 2009 was better than several of those teams

Pretty interesting.

Would like to see this same formula applied to all the SEC teams and see how it falls.

Judging by the post you replied to, is the formula you are referring to "players who were Bowl's QB in pee wee football"? Because if that's the case State is #1 on that list. They're also the only team

College baseball programs ranked by # of players who QB'd the pee wee teams that BowlJackson player on:

1. Mississippi State:
- Sam Frost, starting 3B for MSU 2012-2013/ starting QB for the 2002 Hoover Orange 120# Bucs team on which BowlJackson was a feared starting ST specialist/ 2nd team WDE

2. All other teams N/A

That's high praise coming from you SOGgy, you've posted some great rankings on here over the years

I'm personally a fan of any rankings that mention me in the top spot
