Sam is trying to help improve the Little Rock Metro area that has let a lot of talent go to waste. Improve that area and it will help.
Arkansas historically has to rely on out of state recruiting anyway. That is one of the reasons they spend so much time out of state. Sam has been recruiting the state of Georgia hard and just got a QB recently from that state.

The high school football talent in the state of Arkansas is not very good compared to surrounding Tx, La, Alabama. Only one player in the state of Arkansas in the ESPN 300 in Satenga just wont cut it year after year in order to contend for a playoff spot

The state of Arkansas does have some football talent but they are poorly coached and underdeveloped compared to surrounding states.
Little Rock Metro should be doing better but hopefully Sam will change that.

Agreed. I was really just commenting on the fact that an Arkansas fan posted this stupid ESPN article about sleeper play off teams. I like Arkansas and hope they stay a consistent team
