Good God
Bama has won their last 5 against TN by a total score of 122-29... Some rivalry.

What is that thing on Samantha Ponder's top lip, left side? It's the only thing I can see when she's on camera. It's like a flap of some kind.

Who thinks that? None of the true Bama fans I know. They are like me, surprised we are this far and undefeated.

Just heard an Oregon fan say the SEC sucks

What's wrong bout the statement? The SEC is down a bit this year. Oregon would smoke anyone in the SEC this year. The only close game would be Alabama.
There a lot of teams that would beat a lot of SEC teams this year

When was the last time Oregon won a game of note? The 60's?

Mike Riley looks and sounds like they just pulled him out of a backwoods cabin after a night of rabble-rousing and debauchery.

I was calling this year as being similar to 2010, now I think it might be like 2008. I hope not.

Honestly, how many Oregon games have you watched this year?
Oregon's a very good football team, but their dominance seems to be predicated on a lack of fundamentals on opposing defenses. All too often I've watched Oregon scamper around poor tacklers and then use that break away speed to go for 6.
Oregon would smoke Auburn, A&M, and Kentucky because their defenses have issue with big plays, so I'm sure the Ducks could exploit them and put up 50+.
But how does Oregon respond if they face an Alabama, a Florida, or a South Carolina? What do they do if they face a team that can tackle them in open space and make them play disciplined football instead of two-three play touchdown style of football?
2010 and 2011 say they can't handle those kinds of games. Also their loss to Stanford recently proves they can't handle those kinds of games.

Oregon could and probably would beat anyone in the SEC right now. In Jan, with a month to prepare...Alabama could win.
Oregon is Texas A&M with a better defense.
The two best QB's in the country (pro style and dual threat) are in Oregon this year. Most people in SEC country have no idea the quality of play outside the conference.
