Only idiotic LSU fans would want to play a non conference scrub instead of a SEC game that could possibly help them win the conference.

So basically LSU is supposed to take the hit and Florida sacrifice nothing. That's the "compromise" Florida offered. Is Florida going to compensate local businesses for lost revenue, including game revenue? So the SEC will pay LSU!s buyout of the game itself. What about the remaining 8 million dollars? LSU would have profited zilch from playing the game in BR or a neutral site this weekend, yet Florida refused. They're pussies

No one cares about South Alabama but it is an unreasonable proposition to ask LSU to play @UF then @A&M 5 days later and to lose out on millions of dollars (not to mention millions more for the local economy) in the process.
