I was responding to a post touting that Nico had 2 years in the system and wasn't a Freshman. Then the poster made the comparison to BVG...who is a RS Junior. Nico had 26 regular season pass attempts...then got to start when the Sr QB decided not to play in the bowl game...so including the bowl game is apples to oranges. BVG had 21 pass attempts before this season.
Nico did have 19 pass attempts in the 1 start he had in the bowl game against Iowa. He is still a Redshirt Freshman. Nothing that has been posted changes his class status.
