ES deserved to be kicked off the team for what he did. It doesn't have anything to do with numbers.
The difference between Auburn & Alabama is Eric Smith is no longer on AU's team. The same can't be said for the same act on the other side of the state.

Sounds to me like you're implying he was beating on some girl. Wonder if this is true, will the girl's dad come to court yelling "War Eagle" and saying she had it coming to her?

Not condoning what ES did, because it was wrong. However, I haven't seen something that states that he kicked an unconscious guy in the head. What I've seen is he sucker punched the guy in the back of the head, knocking him unconscious.
