In the long run, A$M will bring shame upon the SEC.

But I wasn’t into A&M. First, I didn’t like their uniforms. That was a big factor for me as an 18-year-old who wanted to look cool. Second, the student body was about two-thirds male. When I visited, it seemed like there were no girls, just a bunch of dudes from the school’s Corps of Cadets in military uniforms. They didn’t even have cheerleaders; they had male “yell leaders.” It just wasn’t what I was envisioning for my college experience.

In a nutshell that is the reason A&M struggled so long. When he was going to college it was 2/3 male. IF I was a college football in the 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s I would have been very turned off by the lack of women. Don Meredith didn't come for the very same reason and that had a lot to do with Bear Bryant leaving CS. Trying to sell high school players to play football at an all male school... TOUGH SELL.

There’s this urban legend that angry A&M boosters destroyed the car, but I’m here to tell you that never happened. I had the Trans Am my first few years at SMU, before I sold it to my best friend and fellow SMU running back, Charles Drayton. Thanks to an SMU booster named George Owen, I was driving a Corvette by then.

Yep, this should put to bed the whole notion that A&M has underachieved with superior resources.

As we’ve been saying all along, A&M in 2022 is nothing like A&M prior to joining the SEC. Now there are more women students than men. Quite a transformation from the little all male military school back in the day.

A&M has grown leaps and bounds since then, and has far surpassed the SWC schools in terms of enrollment, resources, alumni, etc.

Lol this is some all-time spin to a player absolutely roasting your school.

A&M was not an all-military school in 2011, which was before you were in the SEC (yet still not good)

Has a&m ever been short of resources if they had a wealthy donor from Sealy, TX of all places back in the late 70s? Also, having a larger enrollment than other schools is not the flex you think it is

It shows how A&M benefitted from the move to the SEC. I don’t have to spin shite with the #1 recruiting class in 2022. It speaks for itself.

I know you’re too dense to understand, so stay at the kids table. I was addressing the adults who are fans of SEC members, who didn’t lose to Kansas in 2021.

Remind me: when has a&m ever left the kids table? Teams that run away scared of Texas, OU and Wake Forest are not known as the "big boys". Teams that have never even reached the top 4 in football, basketball or baseball since hitler invaded Poland are not known as the "big boys"

Damn. My chart must've had you so red-faced in embarrassment that you had to hide behind Kansas?

Sorry, squirt. I guess not all of us are cut out for Texas

Texas is soft. Just a shell of what it used to be. This is common knowledge.

A&M has never been anything LOL so trying to accuse a school of being a "shell" of what they used to be comes across a little flat if you yourself is a "never has been and never going to be"

And it must be humiliating to think Texas is "soft" yet your school is utterly terrified of them, hence running away in 2012 and then throwing a hissy fit last summer

I mean, Jesus, just look at that chart. Talk about complete and total utter domination across the board

Sorry you couldn't get in, squirt!

Sounds like strike one on the recruiting trail back then.

As its been stated already, the ratio is no longer that way
