He said there were no magic words or historic speeches.
“My job is to be calm and collected when they're frantic. My job is to create intensity when they're not intense. My job is to always be opposite the moment, not to let the moment take me away.”

To what? To being grateful for a coach who isn’t interested in “swag copters” or gajillion dollar contracts?
I’m not following you. If you’re insinuating that he hasn’t won anything yet, we get that. But he’s blocked out a ton of noise that others before him weren’t able to do. The results, so far, aren’t shabby.

The comment I liked in that segment was how he basically dismissed the question and said that the team won that game last Summer during workouts and not because of any rah rah he could tell them in the locker room.
