Seriously, if you're trying to make the case as to why you should be in the title game, posting this schedule isn't going to help your cause.
You basically play Stanford and a cloud of dust.

Why are you too stupid to do the following:
1) realize this is the SEC Rant
2) understand that FSU is not in the SEC
3) comprehend that you are frickin' terrible

Bama is equal to a combined Oregon, Nebraska, and Stanford. I'll call it a wash.

Neither of these teams are in the SEC yet you post this on the SECrant...

Florida State would run Oregon off the field too.

Your best thread, by far

This is the dumbest argument you could possibly make when comparing these two teams. It's not like FSU is in the freaking Mountain West.
If you think Oregon is better, then fine. But Oregon isn't automatically better because you think their schedule is slightly more difficult.
And for the record, I actually do think Oregon is the better team.

I think FSU should be ahead of us at this point. However, Oregon will be if they stay undefeated.

I do at this point because Clemson is the best win of both teams and they did it in convincing fashion. However, Oregon will have a better SOS as the season goes along.

quote:I guess our win in Washington meant nothing or all those 50+ beatdowns including a Tennessee team that is now taking down decent SEC schools. I don't think Clemson is much better than Washington. When Clemson loses another game or two the farce will be exposed even more.

Oregon is ranked #3 for a reason.
The Ducks are going to lose a game,
you said yourself Oregon has a more difficult path than FSU.

•After losing a game to Notre Dame that I honestly forgot was even being played, USC goes back home as a 6 pt favorite over Utah

There is not an impressive win on Oregon's schedule. Washington is going to plunge into their typical 7-6 season. UT will be lucky to go to a bowl game and Cal/CU are the worst two teams in the league.
The rubber meets the road the next 5 games for Oregon. The last 5 games with UCLA, @Stanford, Utah, @Arizona and Oregon State will be enough to push us into #2 if we win them all.
Personally, I think FSU or Bama fall, so I am not really all that concerned. ACC teams frick up against somebody they shouldn't and Bama has the meat of their schedule coming up.

Post this on the MSB, not here.

Maybe if Miami, Clemson and VA Tech could each lose to an unranked team like Utah our SOS would improve?
So you going to adjust your rankings for your supposed wins over Stanford, UCLA and (el o el) Oregon State?
