He signed a 5 year contract in 2017.

I will no longer be an LSU fan if they pull this.
I am so tired of Alleva’s acceptance of mediocrity.

No he didn't. People picked LSU to go 6-6/7-5 because they thought Coach O was an idiot. Turns out he is just and average coach at best, benefiting from LSU's talented roster. Did you watch the game
last night? He literally stood there the whole time looking scared and lost. Dude is the cajun version of Les Miles.

Why? He has 3 years left. Are they just going to add one year to the deal? Will he get a pay raise?

I have an expectation that doesn’t coincide with mediocrity. You as a hog fan obviously have no standards whatsoever, just like your mascot.

I think Coach O did a solid enough job this year but I just don’t get the mentality that everyone that doesn’t get fired gets a raise and an extension. Nobody is upping the ante for Coach O. And if they did LSU would be smart to say thanks for the good times and find themselves a new coach. Why can’t the administration just say we’ll revisit this next offseason?

I think he deserves one. LSU is not that good of a team, but he took an average QB and a questionable secondary and was three bad SEC Ref calls away from winning 10 games. He was SECCOY if the Zebras of the SEC had not tried to prove they were the boss.

L8U could easily finish fifth in the SECw next year behind Alabama, ATM, Auburn, State.

Seriously, where are they going to improve next year? OL better uh same ole? QB better...uh same ole? WR/TE better they could hardly be worse, but it is possible? RB is a freshman an upgrade? On D, DL loses, LB loses, Secondary about the same.... Summary - on paper it’s the same ole shite a year older with loses of some important elements (White) with some possible help from freshmen.

I’m not opportunistic about L8U next year...but maybe some jucos....

Well, try reading the following sentence out loud without laughing: "Our recruits need to know that they're guaranteed to be able to play for Ed Orgeron their entire college career "

Doesn't sound quite right, does it?
