Jeez, the cuckolding even extends to your own team? Dude is stealing money from y’all right now.

Y’all will finish 7-5 this year

Orgeron to his credit does not seem to care much about money. 3.5 million. After you take care of your family needs, the rest is either for savings or investment or donating.

So say he spends about 3-400K a year on expenses. Taxes eat up about 1 mil. He still has 2 mil at his disposal.

Plus, he is very smart to utilize more money to pay his assistants more and thus keep them from jumping ship.

I like him and think he is doing a good job there regardless of how Saturday turns out.

So if Arkansas offers a contract of 5 years at 25 M (1.5 M raise per year) he'd turn it down? because its his swamp?
Absolutely.

LSU is his dream job. Knowing him, he’d rather share the wealth with his coaches, making sure that they got paid. Some ppl are greedy and can’t ever have enough money. Coach O is making millions and is having the time of his life.

Some idiots in our fan base still want to fire him, because they thought he shouldn’t have been hired in the first place and don’t want to be proven wrong.

But Orgeron has some perks in his contract like a free English tutor.

Wishful thinking by you. Sorry, not every program has to overpay their staff like the 7-5million dollar man.

LSU is poor. They can’t afford to pay him more.

He is and I am happy for him! This is what happens when you hire someone who loves his team more than he loves money. Recruits recognize this as well, you can tell by the way they keeping coming!

For those saying O will get a raise this offseason, what kind of contract do you think will be offered. Years? Salary?

I actually expect to see more shrimp boat captains duplicate this structure in the future. It makes a lot of sense and helps you keep the people that actually call the game.

EdO aint going nowhere. It's not about the money with that man.

His daddy told me many many years ago, not long after he got into coaching. LSU was his dream job. That would be the be all end all. Dream realized. That man has more money today than he ever dreamed of. Money would not be the reason he would ever leave LSU.
