That would be OSU. B1G is a 2 team league.

Second easiest job is Texas. Look at their schedule for the second year in a row.
The B1G is so easy that it dominated the almighty SEC postseason.

We have forced out every single head coach we have had in my 55 years on this planet. To include DKR.

It's a tie between being Jimbo Fisher and being Ed Orgeron.

It is easy. OSU bought an all-star team and still had to sweat it out vs Notre Dame. They bought that team because Day is a mediocre coach.

Ohio State will eventually demand you win something

At Oregon you can buy the best players, win 0 championships, and the Oregon fans will just say "oh well maybe next year"

4-6 versus SEC in postseason, you're killing it!

Talking spending while LSU is so desperate that its coach spent a million of his own money on NIL. And it is estimated they will spend 35-40 million for the upcoming season, so don't act like your recruits play for free.

Army or Navy. All you have to do is 1 win one game a year.

Bama, UGA, TN, TX, OU, LSU, FL, A&M are great jobs. SEC is deep with great jobs for a coach. I'll throw Ole Miss in their too

Coaching is the easiest job on earth. Like you say they get paid an obscene amount of money and even if they’re a colossal failure...

...they might get a job as a highly-paid coordinator at another school, and might later get another head coaching job (see Will Muschamp).

It's akin to Washington DC bureaucrats. Screw up and it doesn't affect you.
Speaking of Washington DC, THE new Washington DC is Ryan Walters who was fired after the 2024 season from his position as head football coach at Purdue after two seasons, following a 1-11 record in 2024. The decision came after a 66-0 loss to rival Indiana, concluding a season where Purdue went winless in the Big Ten. Who will be the suckers to hire him as a head coach if the Huskies defense isn't a complete shite show??

I think the OP meant great jobs as in easy schedules.

Texas is the best now, not for that reason, but they have all the resources it takes to win a title but I have to admit Alabama's recruiting streak is impressive.

Texas head coach. Who can't win with that money and that schedule?

Nope. You lose. B1G is an inferior conference.
