Richt going in dry, deep and hard.
Just kidding, kinda hard to say considering the spring games haven't even been played yet.

On paper today, LSU will have a nasty front 7. Can’t wait. Oline should be much improved.
Same question every year; QB?

How do you figure? You lost your secondary, your DE's.
Your lone returner worth a damn is White.
You have no QB, no RB and new coordinator.
Richt is probably going in that arse deep.
We comin.

Why will lsu ol be improved?

Look at our recruiting class. We got JUCO guys ready to play. We were thin last year on Oline and Dline. Depth was our major issue outside of QB play.

So depending on juco to come in and start in the sec? Not sure improvement is a realistic expectation. Juco usually aren't "ready to play" sec ball.

This wasn’t some Scrub JUCO. Plus we had freshman all over last year coming in and out. Reasonable to expect the level of talent we recruit to improve. We had a very very thin line last year.

The grades of 86 and 90 on 247 implies they aren't studs. A juco should be expected to come in and be the depth you are whining about not having.

Lol # 2 at his position. Shut up tard.
Posted on 4/3/18 at 7:20 pm to JayDeerTay84
#2 juco @ .90.
That's equivalent to the #20 high schooler.
A better prospect would be rated higher than .90.
Why don't you tell us how great that juco OL turned out for lsu in 2014?

LOL, what? You're a moron.
LSU returns White, Lawrence, Alexander, Chaisson, Phillips, Taylor, Divinity, Greedy, Battle, Delpit, Paris.
Also adding Shelvin, Fehoko, Fulton (hopefully), Hines, Cotton, and Joseph.
LSU's defense will be as stout as ever next year.

LSU's offensive line will be fine.
Starters will more than likely be:
Traore and Charles at OT, Brumfield and Engram at OG, and Cushenberry at C.
Deculus, Lewis, and Magee played significant minutes in '17.

I knew about the overvaluing of 1st year juco by fans when we beat the shite out of lsu for the 2005 secc. Your choice to heed my advice or ignore it.

I like this matchup in terms of "name" programs (probably because I am old and remember the Miami of 20 years ago), but I'm surprised Miami was invited. They won't bring more than 50 fans. I realize its all for TV, but I'd think a B10 or even P12 team would be just as intriguing and sell more tickets.

Yeah, you beat the shite out of an LSU team that had played 12 games straight while trying to help rebuild south LA at the same time due to Hurricane Katrina. The team that beat the shite out of Miami in 2005 after a months rest is the team you should of gotten. But, congrats to you....it only took you 12 more years after that to accomplish that again

The team that beat Auburn was terrible.
Sure, Gus started playing really conservative. But three points the last three quarters and none in the second half? Gotta give the D some credit there.
Then what's the excuse on defense? LSU was able to put up 27 points which was great feat for that offense which only put up 7 on MSU, 10 on Bama, 17 on Florida etc.
If our offense puts up 27 on Miami, we win.
