Correct, but I was talking about the rivalry since '07. Last season, LSU was in it until the end with Anthony Jennings at QB. Why wouldn't LSU fans be confident?

Why would LSU fans be confident? Did y'all watch the UGA-Bama game? If Harris can't threaten Bama with his arm then LSU has almost no shot to win this game.

That's just a fact.

No one is calling this a shoe in you little nancy. You play literally right into our strengths and seemingly have no threat to attack our weakness. The gap between LF and Chubb isn't quite as big as you are making it seem. You have played arse teams and have looked ok outside of LF. We have played good teams and looked good outside of a derpfest against OM. An OM team which will beat yall this year.

Bama and LSU are the top 2 teams in the SEC and they clearly have more talent than any of the other SEC teams.

LSU= 24
Bama= 27

Depends on who turns the ball over the most. Bama has been prone to turning it over while LSU has not. If LSU wins the turnover battle.

LSU= 32
Bama= 24

UGA always tanks a game each season. Our game will be a blood bath as usual regardless of the passing game. All about those trenches

UGA has an outstanding running game which BAMA shut down. With our passing effort SO FAR you have to give the gumps the advantage. Low scoring. 20-10 bama.

Alabama is built to stop pro style teams and struggles with spread teams. If we win against tamu, I don't see LSU stopping us. If we lose to tamu, I could see us also losing to LSU since we'd have nothing to play for.

I watched. Great performance by Alabama. Georgia isn't LSU.

I agree UGA isn't LSU up front, but you also have to admit that LSU is going to have to be able to throw the ball well enough to keep Bama from loading the box.

Up to this point, there is no indication that can be done.

Have you not read this entire thread you little pansy?I haven't seen one Bama fan not sound extremely confident in winning this game

And once again...you lost to OM at home, and now twice in a row. Let.that.sink.in.

And yes, LF Is that much better than Chubb. He is averaging more than 56 yards a game more than any other back in the country. The biggest deficit by a player in the history of college football? Barry Sanders with an average of 31 more yards a game than any other back. The kid is about to not only make history, but thrash it. Good luck

You couldn't even beat OM home.

If you are counting on Bama to turn it over to LSU 5 times and give you fields of 18, 17, 26, and 31 yards then you are in for a sad awakening. That said, no way Bama wins if they do turn it over that much.

I'm ready for the moment that Bama fans realize LF is NOT Chubb

We realize he isn't Chubb. LF is better, but thus far, LSU has given no indication that they are going to be more than LF on O. You haven't exactly looked like an offensive juggernaut, and your D has been suspect at times against competition a lot less skilled than Bama.

I guess we'll see in a few weeks, but I don't think I'd be confidently popping off at the mouth to a team that no player on my roster had ever defeated.

Give me an fn break... Our roster could care less about that. Ask every Bama fan who they fear the most to play every year? They are lying if they say anyone other than LSU. Just like OM got lucky in beating you (as you say) damn same can be said about several of your recent wins over us (Saban even compared your 2012 win to the KY Bluegrass miracle), that will only continue for so long

This is exactly wrong.

Which "one" do you think can take #7 on? Saban better not be counting on a safety to make that tackle.

Les will spread out Saban's defense and get the ball to #7.

Why shouldn't we be confident? You are a dream matchup for our toughest opponent. Keep bring up Ole Miss like that has anything to do with our game

LF is good. He isn't a god. He has feasted on some subpar defenses. Auburn, Syracuse, and eastern Mich all suck.

Yeah on a kick off return where he didn't even see him coming....lets see how that goes when they one on one and are aware of it. Should be a helluva match up

A loss for LSU against Alabama isn't the end all for LSU season.

A loss for Alabama to LSU ends the season for Alabama.

Enjoy.
