Projected standings if the favorite won every game:
EAST
Georgia 7-1
South Carolina 6-2
Florida 5-3
Tennessee 4-4
Missouri 2-6
Vanderbilt 2-6
Kentucky 0-8
WEST
LSU 8-0
Alabama 7-1
Mississippi State 5-3
Auburn 4-4
Arkansas 4-4
Texas A&M 2-6
Ole Miss 0-8
Looks about right to me.

Both A&M and Mizzou will do better than 2-6 in conference
Agreed. In fact, it wouldn't surprise me to see Mizzou contend for the East title. I'm picking them to beat Georgia, but lose to South Carolina and Alabama. All other games are winnable (and losable). As for A&M, I pick them to beat Florida and Ole Miss, lose to S.C., LSU and Bama, and Auburn, Miss. St. and Mizzou are tossups. Ordinarily, I would say Florida is a tossup, too, but it's at Kyle and it's A&M's first SEC game, so I think the Aggies will be sky-high for that one and win it. It's the same logic as for Mizzou and Georgia.

So AU is a dog @ State, but favored over Arkansas. Ok
Yes, it looks like these lines are putting a lot of value in home field advantage.

Wouldn't surprise me either. Still have the SCar/UGA winner going but who knows. Mizzou wouldn't surprise me at all.

Could be worse. Wasnt state favored by 6 or so last year in auburn on the early lines.
Gives us something to debate in the off season but they're about as useful as a football bat.
