Don't y'all think it's time for the SEC as a whole to rally round our brethren?

I've never been "SEC vs. everybody" in the past 'cuz I've always wanted our arch rivals to lose, even if they were playing Russia.
No more.
The conferences have gone to war with each other and I'm inclined to join in that war against the others. I say, "screw the Big 10 and Big 12" and "go SEC!!" even if it's Florida, Auburn, Tennessee or what have you playing an OOC opponent. Some of y'all are going to hate me for doing so (hey, some of y'all already hate me for my daily generous, kind, encouraging words here, so what am I losing?)
, but I don't care.
Pulling for the Gators tonight and so should y'all.

the only teams I never pull for to win are Auburn and UT.
The rest I'm fine with. Don't openly root for them but don't pull against them. Yea, Even A&M.

what an utterly ridiculous mindset. Are you trading in your UGA shirts for ones that just say "SEC" on them? Did you attend the University of SEC? Does sankey share some of the profits with you personally? You are a Georgia fan, supposedly. Florida is our 2nd biggest rival ('sup metro). There is no reason to pull for Florida, especially in a non-conference game against a team like utah, unless it directly helps us get to the national title. Which in this case it most certainly does not.

Well, 'scuuuuuze me for tryin' to have some creative conversation on this dullard of a board at times where posters post and ask the same stupid questions that have been asked over and over and over and over and over again.

I will pull for the original ten SEC teams that I grew up with against anyone else. Next, I'll pull for South Carolina and Arky when they play anyone out of conference. I'll pull for A&M against the Longhorns, but that's about it. I have no interest in Mizzou, Texas, or Oklahoma though.
The conference is too big and it's trying to be all things to everyone. with sixteen teams next year, we essentially have two conferences. What's the point? It makes a wreck of everything and bring about an unnatural end to meaningful annual rivalries and long-anticipated games.

This is exactly it. The SEC pride thing fell off bigtime when we started letting in these other loser schools circa 2012. It's only going to get more watered-down when these other loser schools jump on the bandwagon next year. We don't need or want them. We became the dominant conference without them, and don't need them riding our coat tails.
